Dim Sum is a traditional style of Chinese cuisine served small plate style, and usually accompanied by tea. It was traditionally served to travelers along the Silk Road, and gave rise to the teahouses that were built along the famed trade route.
Our Dim Sum is hand prepared by Executive Chef Aaron Nielson and Teahouse chef/owner Lenny Martinelli. Each dish is based on a traditional type of dim sum, but has the added ingredient of TEA.
Served as a 7 course, small plate indulgence, each course will be accompanied by one of three premium loose leaf oolong tea selections.
Reservations are required for this delightful afternoon experience. Reserve early, space is limited.
Reservations from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Credit cards will be required to hold your reservation. Cancellations must be made up to 48 hrs in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the tea.
