On Saturday night The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse will be holding it’s annual four course Tea Dinner with all dishes prepared with TEA!  This event is not to be missed!   Seating begins at 5pm.  Reservations recommended.  Please call the Teahouse to make your reservation: 303-442-4993

1st Course

crispy tempura shrimp, blue mango tea ponzu emulsion, cucumber, orange, peppadew pepper, blue mango tea boba pearls (sweet potato/vegetarian option available)

chicken liver mousse, sessa assam gelee, assam pickled onion, palisade peach, cornichon, toast

2nd Course

farm mizuna salad, jasmine pearls cured duck prosciutto, jasmine pearl smoked farm turnips, fresh corn, jasmine champagne vinaigrette

oolong tea infused white gazpacho, bell pepper, white grape, crispy ham, tea oil

3rd Course

confit hoijicha cured half cornish hen, fava-squash-carot-cauliflower succotash, celery pear puree, hoijicha infused jus

oil poached darjeeling tea smoked steelhead trout, darjeeling infused white curry sauce, eggplant, bell pepper, corn, bok choy, jasmine rice
